I have a great volunteering opportunity about which to tell you!
Saturday, January 12, 2008 is our first Family Musical Mornings
Concert of the season. We always need lots of volunteers for these concerts. We have several ways that people can help us at our Family Concerts. Some volunteers will help greet families as they come into the concert hall and make them feel welcome. Other volunteers will help lead hands-on activities and games for children to play. Still other volunteers will act as guides for groups of families who attend our concerts. We welcome volunteers ages 12 years and older. There is a lot to do and it is a great time as well!
The time commitment for volunteering is 8am – 1pm on Saturday, January 12th. As you can see, if you are earning volunteer hours for your school in one quick morning you will have racked up 5 hours of community service! And don’t worry, we DEFINITELY offer snacks for our volunteers!
